If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using this online shop.
We take pride in offering a fast and reliable delivery service so your pets never wait too long. During peak times like Christmas, Black Friday, or unforeseen events, deliveries may take slightly longer.
General Terms
We deliver to Malta & Gozo only. You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to make purchases from this website.Accuracy of Information
While all information on this site is provided in good faith, the actual product may vary. Always refer to the packaging and read all labels, instructions, ingredients, warnings, and any other information provided with the product before use or consumption. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the products (or any part or content thereof) without notice. Our cancellation policy applies if a cardholder makes a purchase payable by credit or debit card and requests order cancellation prior to delivery. If the product is already in transit or has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched and it has been less than 24 hours since you placed it, we will cancel and refund your order. At Life with Pets, we always want you and your pet friends to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right for you.Please check your order when it arrives. If you notice any damage or issue, let the courier know immediately.If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re happy to arrange an exchange or store credit via a coupon code generated specifically for you.If you discover a fault after delivery, we can arrange a refund, exchange, or store credit. This also applies to wrong size, style, or colour, or if the product image was significantly misleading.To get started, email paws@lifewithpets.mt or send a WhatsApp message to +356 79001978. Returns should be requested within 14 days of delivery. Requests after 14 days may qualify to be reviewed and will incur a €2 restocking fee.Condition of Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Our courier will collect the item at a time and place agreed beforehand.
- If the item isn’t in returnable condition, we will inform you before leaving your premises.
Important Note on Food & Treats
Due to strict health and safety policies, we CANNOT accept returns or offer refunds on opened food, treats, or other edible products. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare and dispatch it quickly. Processing usually takes 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday). Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded.During peak seasons or outside operating hours, processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience.Delivery Information
Delivery time for Malta is typically within 24–48 hours, Monday to Saturday between 9:00 – 16:30.For Gozo, we typically deliver once a week. For estimated delivery times, please contact us before placing your order.In special circumstances, we may arrange delivery outside normal working hours.Delivery Charges
- Orders over €35 (Malta) → Free Delivery
- Orders under €35 (Malta) → €3.00 delivery charge
- Orders over €50 (Gozo) → Free Delivery
- Orders under €50 (Gozo) → €5.00 delivery charge
