Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare and dispatch it quickly. Processing usually takes 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday). Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded. During peak seasons or outside operating hours, processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience.
Delivery Information
Delivery time for Malta is typically within 24–48 hours, Monday to Saturday between 9:00 – 16:30. Public Holidays are excluded.
For Gozo, we typically deliver once a week. For estimated delivery times, please contact us before placing your order.
In special circumstances, we may arrange delivery outside normal working hours.
Delivery Charges
- Orders over €35 (Malta) → Free Delivery
- Orders under €35 (Malta) → €3.00 delivery charge
- Orders over €50 (Gozo) → Free Delivery
- Orders under €50 (Gozo) → €5.00 delivery charge
